Classes

“I’ve been attending Belinda’s yoga classes for just over a year now, and they quickly became one of the highlights of my week.  I knew as soon as I met Belinda that I’d found the right teacher for me – her calm and friendly nature is like a warm embrace and you feel at ease right away.  Classes are conducted with lots of fun and laughter and everyone is made to feel welcome and secure.  I refer to my weekly classes as my “bliss fix” and life just wouldn’t be the same without them.  Thank you Belinda!”

“I would describe Belinda’s classes as engaging and challenging while still being nurturing and comfortable. Belinda’s words and demonstrations are more than simply instructions; I feel she guides me to approach my yoga from within myself and I find myself enjoying a sense of ease and lightness in my focus.  At each class she opens to me an opportunity to tap in to my own balance, energy, harmony.”  Nia 2014

“I enjoy Belinda’s yoga sessions, when I enter the front door there are always friendly faces, all waiting for our next beloved yoga session.
The asana practice is always multilayered as Belinda suggests poses that will suit each persons’ needs. You can go a bit stronger or, if for that session you need to ease up for some reason she caters for that also.
The ‘yoga of the mind’  allows me to enjoy extra relaxation time at the end of the asana practise then slowly surface to participate in the breathing, meditation and the final relaxation.
I look forward to my Thursday yoga and always feel the benefits afterwards. Thanks Belinda.”

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons can assist students for many reasons, I have listed some below:

  • Work with and design yoga practices recommended for particular health issues or special needs, particularly if these are preventing attendance in regular yoga classes.
  • Students can ask questions and workshop any challenges they are finding in regular yoga classes.
  • We can compile a suitable home practice for your individual needs and develop this home practice over time as you progress.

Private lessons are taught in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. A one hour lesson costs $90 within 5km of Sunshine, additional travel expenses for further afield. Discounts available if you book 4+ private lessons.

For bookings or enquiries please contact me via phone on 0414 702 854 or via email – belinda@yogatogrow.com.au.

“Belinda’s Yoga sessions have improved my general well being overall and my core feels stronger, and I am more relaxed and centred after every class. I love how she tailors each week’s class to target different areas for a complete body workout. She is a great teacher and understands a great deal more about how our bodies work than most teachers I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend!”

    Hi Belinda.
I am interested in trying yoga, I have only had very minimal exposure to it before and thought it would be great to get into. I just wanted to ask about the terms. Would I have to wait until June 19th to start the new 10 week period? Or could I come at any time. Thanks for your time.

Thanks for your question, you are welcome to come and try my classes any time. As a new student you are entitled to my introductory offer of two classes for the price of one, currently only $16. Then you can attend as a casual student for $16 per class or, when the next term begins, take advantage of the term rate savings.
Hope to see you in class soon.
      Warm regards,
      Belinda
